Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Memoboxes.

Because many of our products are personalised, we can’t accept returns for items that are customised unless there’s a problem with your order.

You’re eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There’s a defect or fault

  • You received the wrong item

If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items

  • Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Changed your mind?

If your order hasn’t entered production or been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel it for a full refund.

Once production has started, we can’t guarantee cancellations.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
