Damage & Order Issue Policy
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
You will not be required to return damaged or faulty items unless we specifically request it.
This policy applies only to issues caused by:

Issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout (such as wrong personalisation details or shipping address) are not covered under this policy.
